Who runs Easy 40?

What does it cost?
Nothing. Posting opportunities and your organization profile are free, with no paid tier waiting behind it.
Who handles screening and supervision?
You do, exactly as you do now. Easy 40 helps students discover the opportunity; your normal policies for minimum age, waivers, screening, acceptance, supervision, attendance, and hour forms stay in place.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application personally, within 1 business day. You’ll get an approval email, then you can post shifts from your dashboard. Or skip the dashboard entirely: reply to the email with your event details and we’ll post your shifts for you.
What about our data and student data?
If students apply on Easy 40, they share their name and email with you — nothing more. If you use your own site or email instead, that information only ever goes where it already does today. What we collect and why is in the privacy policy, written in plain language.
