What Easy 40 is
Easy 40 connects Ontario high school students with volunteer opportunities and produces a record of hours verified by the hosting organizations. It is free for students and organizations.
The honesty rule
The entire platform exists to make volunteer hours trustworthy. Attempting to falsify hours (as a student, or by creating a fake organization) gets your account removed and any affected records voided. If a school asks us about suspected fraud on a specific record, we will cooperate.
What organizations agree to
Organizations confirm attendance honestly and only for students who actually showed up. Organizations are reviewed before joining and can be removed for inaccurate verification.
What we promise (and do not)
We work to keep records accurate and the service available, but Easy 40 is provided as-is. Whether a school accepts a record is ultimately each school's decision. Our job is to make that decision easy by making records checkable.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Age
Easy 40 is designed for high school students, including those under 18. We collect only what is needed (see the privacy policy) and nothing is ever public unless you export and share it yourself.
