Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Easy 40 is free for students. No subscription, no credit card, no app to download.
Will my school accept the hours?
Your school makes the final decision. Check its eligibility and documentation rules before you volunteer, and ask the organization for a letter, email, or signed form afterward.
Does Easy 40 confirm my hours?
No. Easy 40 helps you find opportunities and understand how to apply. The organization handles attendance and documentation, and your school decides what it accepts.
Can I log hours from a volunteer job I already did?
Yes. Add past volunteer work to your private hour tracker and keep the organization’s email, letter, or signed form for your school. Easy 40’s total is for your own reference; it is not proof of attendance.
Do I need my parent's permission?
Easy 40 does not add a separate permission rule, but an organization or school may require parent or guardian consent. Read the listing and ask before you attend.
